Gluten-Free Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 2/3 cup Honey
- Substitution: 1.5 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 3 cups Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a medium-large bowl.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge to chill for AT LEAST 2 hours.
- Pre-heat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line cookie sheet(s) with parchment paper, or spray with a non-stick coating.
- Form the dough into small balls and place on the cookie sheet in a grid pattern.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes
