Gluten-Free Sugar Cookies








Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2/3 cup Honey
  • Substitution: 1.5 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 cups Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cream of Tartar


Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium-large bowl.
  2. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge to chill for AT LEAST 2 hours.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Line cookie sheet(s) with parchment paper, or spray with a non-stick coating.
  5. Form the dough into small balls and place on the cookie sheet in a grid pattern.
  6. Bake for 7-8 minutes
